Lambrusco, Cieto Chiarli
Challenge your assumptions and treat your taste buds with this intensely fruity, dry sparkler – that is yes, Lambrusco! I got lots of ripe red fruits, especially red apple and cranberry. Also something sort of earthy (is it pomegranate?) and a flash of herby fig leaf that gives it depth.

Nerdy insight … the winemakers know what they’re doing having produced high quality Lambrusco for over 160 years. Be part of the revolution – Love Lambrusco!

Theone rosé
Try this gorgeous drop of Greek sunshine in a glass. I got delicious floral notes (rose or even Turkish delight!), peach, lemon/ grapefruit with a slight summery spritz!

Nerdy insight … Cooling mountains and sea breezes help keeps fresh acidity in the grapes during the hot Greek summer, and lengthens the growing season so the flavours can develop fully.
