Challenge your assumptions and treat your taste buds with this intensely fruity, dry sparkler – that is yes, Lambrusco! I got lots of ripe red fruits, especially red apple and cranberry. Also something sort of earthy (is it pomegranate?) and a flash of herby fig leaf that gives it depth.
