The Tasting Room is Somerset’s answer to a ‘speakeasy’ - not least as you go through a hardware shop to find it!
It’s a very convivial, relaxed spot to sip and chat – sometimes about wine! And you can meet my list up close and personal. I’ve tried them all! So each wine comes with the Giggling Grape’s ‘Good Sip’ of approval.
My list has all the classics, and other delicious wines that are a bit more unusual. I sell them by the sip, the glass, the bottle and the case … I’m not fussy!
The Tasting Room
Open for ‘self-service’ - Monday to Saturday, 8am-5pm
‘Hosted’ by me with something to sample - Friday and Saturday, 10am-5pm
Giggling Late! - open til 9pm on the last Friday of the month, for wines by the glass or bottle
Yep, we dial up the speakeasy vibe on the last Friday of the month for Giggling Late, when you can pop in for a glass, or bottle of wine, even multi-award winning Pinkmead Gin, local King Brain Ciders and Fruit Pressés, a beer from just down the road at Woodshedding Brewery and taste-bud tickling snacks from epic deli Pinsents.
I also help source delicious wines, across the price range, for special events like birthdays, parties, BBQs, celebrations, wedding lists – even holidays with friends!
And I offer case discounts, and free local delivery.
