A classic southern Rhône rosé (hand-harvested Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah); pale pink, dry with delicate rosehip, redcurrent, raspberry, and wild berries - and a citrus twist. 
  
Grapes are sourced from vineyards in the foothills of Mont Ventoux, where warm days and cool nights help preserve freshness and aromatic intensity.  Hand-harvested grapes, are pressed to extract delicate colour and aroma with minimal tannin.
