Vibrant with layers of ripe blackberry, plum and black cherry, gentle spice and a touch of smoke. Mellow tannins, and juicy fruit with good intensity and a lingering finish.

Fruit comes from Villages sites, with a core from the Rhone Cru Cairanne. Pebble-strewn clay and limestone soil, with warm Mediterranean sun gives ripeness, while diurnal temperature changes preserve freshness and flavour.

Hand-harvested grapes are carefully fermented to extract colour, flavour but no bitter tannins.
