A delicate pink, with gorgeous floral, citrus and red fruits; strawberry and redcurrant.  In the mouth, fresh and with a lovely rounded mouthfeel – it’s not a ‘thin’ fizz.  Great fruit concentration – and deliciously (dangerously) drinkable!  

One of the top traditional method sparkling wines from the mighty Gratien & Meyer house, based in the Loire valley of cool Northern France, around Saumur and aged in ancient caves cut into the famous 'tuffeau' rock.  Made with international grapes Pinot Noir 55% and Chardonnay 15% with local variety Chenin Blanc 30%.
