Pale yellow with slight green tinge; crisp, mineral and light - all floral, citrus, herbal and then opens up with a long peach, apricot finish.

The Guado al Tasso estate is in the small and prestigious Bolgheri DOC, on the coast of upper Maremma, about one hundred kilometres southwest from Florence.  Bolgheri’s microclimate is spot on for Vermentino production being close to the sea which gives the wine extra minerality, freshness and flavour intensity.
