Ruby red with some purple. Intense blackberries and blackcurrants, smooth and velvety with savoury notes that stay in the mouth. 

A local grape variety, gaining in popularity along with the region. Adapted to the hot dry climate, it keeps its freshness. Here 80% of the grapes come from old ‘bush’ vines leading to more intense fruit flavours.
