Refreshing and crisp; loads of green apples, with a little citrus and pear.  Around 20% is matured in old oak barrels, adding texture and subtle complexity without overwhelming the fruit.

Nestled at the foot of the Pyrénées, the Aude River, crossing the vineyards and flowing from the mountains, gave its name to the IGP.  The vineyards have altitude giving freshness and flavour development to the wines.
