An elegant and complex wine, loads of apple, lemon, grapefruit, also herbal and mineral - even white peppery notes - with good weight in the mouth and a lovely clean, lasting finish. 

Careful winemaking (hand harvesting, indigenous yeasts, ageing on the lees/ yeasts) gives extra complexity and elegance to the wine.
