The wine is pale gold, with green flecks, and typical of the variety, the wine has good intensity citrus, white peach, blossom and mineral freshness, with some roundness in the mouth and a clean, fresh finish.  

The winemaking is all about making a fresh flavourful wine; so the grapes are grown on 20-25 yr old vines, harvested by hand, and the wine is fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel and then bottled after resting for a few months to give texture.
