I got intense almost crunchy cherry, raspberry with a hint of spice and herbs. Incredibly juicy, vibrant and full-bodied.

Nerdy insight … A passion project!  The owners, David Gleave MW and John Ratcliffe, wanted to use these 50-year-old vines to revive the neglected fortunes of Grenache in McLaren Vale and make a lighter, more elegant style of wine. Old vines mean a harvest of fewer but more concentrated grapes.
